Patty Ann Slone, 69, of Lebanon, Indiana, passed away Friday, October 10, 2025, at Town Parke Senior Living in Brazil, Indiana. She was born on September 4, 1956, in Lebanon; a daughter of the late Russell and Harriett (Morrison) Shelley.
Patty attended Lebanon High School. She lived in Kentucky for 16 years and moved back to Lebanon in 1994. Patty spent two years as a custodian for Lebanon School Corporation and cared for her mother.
She was of Christian faith and was a beloved mother, sister, and friend who will be greatly missed.
Survivors include her two sons, Billy R. Shelley of Lebanon and James Allen Slone, II of Kentucky; three grandchildren; one great grandchild; and three sisters, Becky Nichols, Alice Hale, and Tammy Rutledge.
No services are planned. Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with her cremation arrangements.
