Donna Maye Shover, 86, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at Morning Light Hospice House in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born on September 18, 1939, in Lebanon; a daughter of the late Lawrence E. and Othella Jean (Small) Myers.
On January 12, 1957, she married Richard Arnold Shover in Lebanon. They divorced July 8, 2025. He preceded her in death.
Donna graduated from Lebanon High School in 1957. After spending a few years working at St. Vincent’s, she retired from Witham Memorial Hospital in 2000.
She was a member of The Easter Star of Lebanon. Donna enjoyed crafting, knitting, and crocheting.
Survivors include her daughter, Brenda (Billy) Cadle; nine grandchildren, and sixteen great-grandchildren; siblings, Louella Jane Williams, Darlene (Mike) Nahre, and Alice Vici Myers.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Richard Dean “Rick” Shover and Randall “Randy” Dale Shover; daughter, Rhonda Denton; and siblings, Wanna Wells, Lawrence “Sonny” Myers, Alma Joan Nelson Reed, John Myers, and Jack Myers.
No Services will be held. Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with her care.
