Several Intersection Closures to Impact Local Roads at U.S. 52 in Clinton and Tippecanoe Counties

CLINTON & TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a series of local closures that will impact U.S. 52 in east and west directions at eight intersections across Clinton and Tippecanoe Counties.

Beginning on or after Monday, May 4, the following county roads that intersect with U.S. 52 will begin closing, with only a couple of closures occurring simultaneously:

Wyandotte Road
County Road 600 S.
C.R. 700 S.
C.R. 1000 S.
C.R. 1075 S.
C.R. 1200 S.
C.R. 450 S.
C.R. 700 S.
The purpose of construction is to widen shoulders and turn lanes in the area with the intent of improving visibility for drivers. During construction, drivers are asked to make U-turns at each site. Work is anticipated to last until the end of 2026 but is weather-dependent and subject to change.

INDOT encourages drivers to use caution in and around work zones and to seek an alternate route around the closures.
