Energy Meets Empowerment: Carroll County Chamber of Commerce 18th Annual Women’s Celebration Luncheon Announced

The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce is preparing to host its 18th Annual Women’s Celebration Luncheon on May 5, bringing together community members for an afternoon focused on empowerment, connection, and inspiration.

This year’s event theme, “Power & Presence: Igniting Energy, Influence, and Impact,” highlights the importance of intentional communication, leadership, and personal growth in both professional and personal life.

The luncheon will feature two keynote speakers who bring distinct but complementary perspectives on leadership and purpose-driven living.

Keynote speaker Angela Barnard is a communication strategist and unconventional career coach who works with professionals seeking greater fulfillment in their careers. Known for her energetic and practical approach, Barnard teaches that personal energy and communication style directly shape outcomes. She has coached TEDx speakers, Fortune 500 teams, and leaders across multiple industries, helping them refine their presence and influence. Barnard is also the host of The Intentional Mind Podcast, a globally ranked show focused on purposeful living and leadership.

Joining her is Kathy Martin, an ordained minister with extensive experience speaking at churches, women’s groups, and leadership events throughout the region. Martin is recognized for delivering messages of encouragement and practical guidance, offering insights designed to strengthen faith, leadership, and community connection.

Together, the speakers aim to create a meaningful program centered on empowerment, reflection, and growth, making the luncheon a highlight of the Chamber’s annual calendar.

The event will take place on May 5, with tickets priced at $35. Attendees can purchase tickets online through the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce website or in person at Urban Chique Boutique or the Town of Flora office. Sponsorship for the luncheon is provided by NIPSCO.

With its focus on inspiration and community connection, the Women’s Celebration Luncheon continues to be a valued tradition in Carroll County, offering attendees both encouragement and practical tools for leadership and personal growth.
