Clinton County Fair Council President Jamie Blacker announced Tuesday morning that he is stepping down from that position. He will remain on the board.
Blacker said he made his decision in December. He has been on the Fair Council since 2016 and President since fall of 2017.
Clinton County Fair Council Board Member Matt Neal was elected as the new president.
