Beginning March 10, 2023 and ending March 22, 2023, the Frankfort Police Department conducted an operation involving outstanding warrants that needed to be served. During the operation, twenty-two warrants were served and three new arrests occurred as a result of our team searching for wanted individuals. The team consisted of the entire department. Administrators, detectives and patrol officers worked to find those who were wanted in and outside of our city.
Our primary mission was to safely apprehend wanted individuals with a goal to bring individuals wanted on crimes to face justice thereby reducing crime and improve the quality of life in our city.

Arrested on warrants-
- Jeffrey Ferguson: Child molesting (Level 1 Felony) and child molesting (Level 4 Felony). Captured in Minneapolis, MN.
- Brian Steven Vasquez: Violation of community corrections (Level 6 Felony) and warrant out of Boone, County IN for reckless driving (C Misdemeanor).
- Sherman Anderson: Violation of probation unlawful possession of a legend drug (Level 6 Felony).
- Michael Hanthorne: Theft out of Montgomery County, IN (Level 6 Felony).
- Jordan Vega-Chester: Domestic battery (Level 6 Felony).
- Richard Everett: Criminal mischief (C Misdemeanor).
- Tyler Moore: Violation of probation invasion of privacy and resisting law enforcement. (A Misdemeanor).
- Monica Zook: Escape (Level 6 Felony). Habitual offender status filed.
- Zachary Brody: Domestic battery on a person less than 14 years old (Level 5 Felony).
- Justin Peter: Violation of probation OWI (A Misdemeanor).
- Scott Harris: Violation of probation invasion of privacy (A Misdemeanor).
- Candice Abbott: Theft, counterfeiting, and fraud (Level 5 Felony).
- Charles Crews: Possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a syringe (Level 6 Felony). Arrested by Madison County Sheriff’s Office.
- Jaclyn Johns: Theft (Level 6 Felony). Arrested by Tippecanoe County Sheriff’s Office.
- Joshua Collins: Violation of probation neglect of a dependent (Level 6 Felony).
- Ruby Montano: Failure to appear (B Misdemeanor).
- Benjamin Kiral: Violation of probation habitual traffic violator (Level 6 Felony).
Turned themselves in after pursuing leads-
- Christal Brown: Residential entry (Level 6 Felony). She turned herself into Clinton County Jail.
- Billie Jo Roberts: Theft, fraud, and counterfeiting (Level 6 Felony). Tipton County sent to residence. She turned herself into Clinton County Jail shortly after Tipton County Sheriff’s Office went to residence.

- Marcus Katyron Davis: Violation of probation possession of methamphetamine and domestic battery (Felony). Also arrested for possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony) during arrest.
- Reanna Taymon: Violation of probation domestic battery (Felony). Also arrested for possession of methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony). Unlawful possession of a syringe (Level 6 Felony) and possession of paraphernalia (C Misdemeanor).
- Zachary Cobbs: 2 counts criminal trespass. Also arrested for possession of methamphetamine incident to arrest. Habitual offender status filed.

- Gorgonia Villarreal Jr arrested during the arrest of wanted person Marcus Davis for dealing in methamphetamine (Level 3 Felony) and dealing in marijuana with prior conviction of dealing (Level 5 Felony).
- Robby Gillum arrested while looking for a wanted person for possession of methamphetamine /enhancement (Level 5 Felony) possession of a syringe (Level 6 Felony). Habitual offender status filed.
