At approximately 6 a.m. Friday, Lebanon Police were dispatched to a shots fired call in the 900 block of Evans Street. Lebanon Police arrived on scene and found a male outside on the front porch suffering a gunshot wound to the chest.
Lebanon Police provided care to the victim until medics arrived. Male was transported to a hospital in Indianapolis. The gunshot victim is currently in surgery.
A female was transported to Lebanon Police Department for interview with Detectives. This is still an active investigation.
This was an isolated incident. There is no concern for the public’s safety currently.
