The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for central Indiana until 5 p.m. Tuesday afternoon for Boone County.
Besides Boone, other affected areas include Carroll, Clinton, Fountain, Hamilton, Howard, Madison, Montgomery, Parke, Tippecanoe, Tipton, Vermillion, and Warren.
This includes the cities of Anderson, Attica, Carmel, Clinton, Covington, Crawfordsville, Delphi, Fishers, Flora, Frankfort, Kokomo, Lafayette, Lebanon, Newport, Noblesville, Rockville, Tipton, Veedersburg, West Lafayette, West Lebanon, Williamsport and Zionsville.
