Camp Cullom has announced it will be having a Maple Syrup Festival on the weekend of March 8th and 9th. This is part of the State-wide “Indiana Maple Syrup Festival” taking place at selected locations throughout the state. For the first time, Camp Cullom is a part of the state-wide event. Camp Cullom will serve Pancakes with Maple Syrup, Sausage and Gravy, Biscuits, Coffee and Juice, available for a free will offering.
While you are there Camp Cullom board member and farmer Nick Atchley will be in the “K-Hut” beside the lodge. Your family will see Maple Syrup made throughout the serving hours. Camp Cullom Board members will keep your plate full until you are full. Camp Cullom just inherited two of the large Frankfort Kiwanis Club pancake griddles, so the serving team is fairly confident about keeping your plate full until you are.
Camp Cullom is located at 6815 W. County Rd 200 N, Frankfort IN. Take 200 N toward the east off the Mulberry Jefferson Road for 1/2 mile. Camp Cullom will be on the right.
OR take 200 N Farmers Gravel Road off 38/39 if coming from Frankfort. Camp Cullom is on the left after about 4 miles.
Camp Cullom received the Maple Syrup evaporator as a gift years ago and the board is delighted it has now been restored and installed into the K-Hut built by Frankfort Kiwanis Club years ago. The K-hut, AKA Sugar Shack, is conveniently located just east of the lodge where the Pancake Breakfast will be cooked and served by Camp Cullom board members.
Proceeds from the breakfast will help fund Camp Cullom. Venders will be in the Nature Center to add to the event.

While you are at Camp Cullom you can hike the trails, visit the displays at the Nature Center, play disc golf if the weather works for you, use the playground and much more.
