The Clinton Central FFA chapter of Michigantown has been recognized as a 3-Star Chapter in the 2026 National Chapter Award Program by the National FFA Organization.
The announcement was made by the National FFA Organization on August 17. Clinton Central FFA earned a 3-star ranking, an accomplishment achieved by fewer than 10% of FFA chapters nationwide.
The National Chapter Award Program recognizes outstanding FFA chapters that actively implement the organization’s mission and strategies. Chapters are evaluated on their ability to improve chapter operations, develop student leaders, build communities and strengthen agriculture.
The program also recognizes chapters that provide educational experiences for their entire membership. Clinton Central FFA’s 3-star designation reflects the chapter’s work and commitment to providing meaningful opportunities for its students.
Star-rated FFA chapters were selected during judging this summer and will be recognized during the 99th National FFA Convention & Expo, October 21-24.
The National Chapter Award honors are made possible through support from corporate sponsors including Bayer, Cargill Protein, John Deere, New Holland, Rabobank and Syngenta.
Clinton Central FFA is led by advisors Ricky Burns, Austin Orem and Reanna Stover.
The National FFA Organization is a school-based national youth leadership development organization with more than 1 million student members in nearly 9,600 local chapters across all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The organization’s mission is to make a positive difference in students’ lives by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education.
The 3-star recognition is a significant achievement for Clinton Central FFA and highlights the chapter’s continued dedication to agricultural education, leadership development and service to its members and community.
