Gwen M. Reagan

Gwendolyn Mary Reagan, 86, passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at Signature Healthcare at Parkwood in Lebanon, Indiana. She was born in Hollywood, Florida on March 26, 1940. Gwen was the daughter of the late John Fredrick Rodemann and Mary Cathryn (Gullion) Northrop.

Gwen moved to Lebanon in 1941 with her mother and brothers David, Skip and eventually Larry. She attended Midway Junior College in Midway, Kentucky, and graduated with the class of 1959. She married Jack Lee Fritcher and moved to Effingham, Illinois until his passing. She returned to Lebanon, where she made her home centered around family and community.

On August 21, 1965, she married Wayne L. Reagan in Lebanon. Together they established Reagan Enterprises in 1983. Gwen also enjoyed a successful career as an Avon Sales Representative, serving Boone County for 40 years.

She was a member of Central Christian Church in Lebanon, the Chat “N” Do Extension Homemakers Club and the Hoosier Heritage Quilt Guild. Later she attended Fairview Christian Church. She volunteered as a Boy Scout Den Mother for her son’s troop and dedicated many years as a Girl Scout leader for both of her daughter’s troops. Gwen found joy in sewing, gardening and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her children, Mary Elizabeth (Jerry) Spaw, and Dawn R. (Terry) Yount; nine grandchildren, Jason Allen, Seth, Tanner & Mariah Reagan, Chelsea Rittenhouse, Caitlin & Cory Spaw, Shelby Hershberger & Ariel Sledge; thirteen great grandchildren, Cora Deane, Zion Allen, Audryna Reagan, Aria Reagan, Madison Land, Robert Reagan, Grady, Finn, Archer, & Bing Rittenhouse, Stella Livingston and Leo Burton.

In addition to her parents and husbands, Gwen was preceded in death by her brothers, David Rodemann, Leslie “Skip” Rodemann, and Larry Northrop, her son, Robert “Bob” Reagan, and grandson, Lucian Allen.

Funeral Services are planned for 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at Myers Mortuary, 1502 North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon. Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until the time of service. Interment will follow services at Cox Cemetery.
