The Indiana Department of Transportation announces 24/7 lane closures that will impact the left lanes in both the northbound and southbound directions of I-65 in Tippecanoe County.
Beginning on or after Wednesday, July 29, INDOT contractors will close the left lanes in the following locations:
Northbound
- North of the Wabash River to County Road 600 N.
Southbound
- South of C.R. 725 N. to the Swisher Road overpass
Two lanes of traffic will be maintained in each direction during the duration of construction. The purpose of this closure is to continue construction on an added travel lanes project. Work is anticipated to last up to two weeks but is weather dependent and subject to change.
INDOT encourages drivers to use caution while traveling in and around work zones.
