Rickie Maggart, age 75, of Frankfort, passed away April 29, 2026, at Ascension St. Vincent in Indianapolis. He was born May 31, 1950, in Frankfort to Charles “Keith”  and Geraliene (Flowers) Maggart. Rickie married Brenda Walker on June 22, 1974 in Kirklin and she survives.

Rickie was a 1968 graduate of Rossville High School. Following his education, he entered the workforce and dedicated himself to a variety of occupations over the years. When he wasn’t busy with a wrench, Rickie enjoyed mowing his yard or spending time camping, where he especially looked forward to the annual hot dog roast. Above all, he was a devoted family man who will be remembered for his kindness, compassion, and unwavering dedication to those he loved.

Along with his wife of nearly 52 years, Rickie is survived by his son, Scott Maggart; Siblings, Regina Walls and Randy (Judy) Maggart; Aunt and Uncle, Sam “Junior” and Janice Flowers, and many nieces and nephews.
