Effective Tuesday, June 1,\u00a0the \u00a0COVID\/Respiratory Testing previously held at the Annex Building at the Boone County 4-H fairgrounds will move to the Witham Health Services main campus in Lebanon. A doctor\u2019s order is needed to be tested.<\/p>\n

Hours are 8 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday. Testing will be held at 2705 N. Lebanon St. Individuals need to use the North Pavilion Entrance B.<\/p>\n
