• Rock Steady Boxing – held weekly from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., Mondays & Wednesdays, Witham Health Services South Pavilion Wellness Center. Please call the Wellness Department at 765-485-8126 for more information on scheduling and pricing.<\/li>\n
• Silver Sneakers \u2013 11:00 to 11:45 a.m., Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for those 65 or older, at the Witham Health Services South Pavilion Wellness Center. Please call the Wellness Department at 765-485-8126 for more information on scheduling and pricing.<\/li>\n
• Tai Chi – Seven week sessions, Tuesdays, 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the Witham Health Services South Pavilion Wellness Center. Please call the Wellness Department at 765-485-8126 for more information on scheduling and pricing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Cancer Support Cooking for Wellness \u2013 Meets 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 15^{th<\/sup>, in the South Pavilion Wellness Center.<\/li>\n}
  • Cancer Support Group \u2013 4^{th<\/sup> Monday of each month, meets at 6:00 p.m., Monday, June 28th<\/sup>, in the South Pavilion Lobby.<\/li>\n}
  • Virtual Diabetic Support Group – 2^{nd<\/sup> Wednesday of each month, meets 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 9th<\/sup>, call 765-485-8120 for meeting information.<\/li>\n}
  • Grief Support Gathering – 4th<\/sup> Tuesday of each month, meets 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, June 22nd<\/sup> in the Beck Room.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    We encourage people living with these problems and their families to attend the monthly meetings.\u00a0 These meetings allow support group members the opportunity to discuss with others the coping mechanisms and frustrations of living with these problems.<\/p>\n
