The Frankfort Community Public Library (FCPL) is holding a genealogy workshop in the Earl J. Culver Genealogy Area on Friday, August 13, 5-9 p.m.\u00a0 Genealogists may use all the research resources available at the library, including Ancestry Library Edition, HeritageQuest, microfilm of Clinton County newspapers, books, family files, and Clinton County Court files.\u00a0 FCPL\u2019s Genealogy Coordinator will be on-hand to answer any questions and to give suggestions for getting past those brick walls.<\/p>\n
There will be plenty of room to spread out, so genealogists can bring their files and work on organizing them if they wish.\u00a0 The public computers will be available for use, or researchers can bring their own laptops and connect to the Wi-Fi.\u00a0 Participants may also bring supper or a snack to eat in Harry\u2019s Coffee Bar when they need to take a break.<\/p>\n
