The Clinton County Community Foundation has awarded over 130-thousand dollars during 2021. A few of the groups awarded money included the Clinton County sheriff\u2019s department for purchase of a forensic device called a \u201cgrey key\u201d which helps them investigate people in the \u201ccloud\u201d particularly in child exploitation and domestic cases. Purdue Extension of Clinton County will receive 52-hundred dollars to support cultural awareness. 10-thousand dollars will go to build six ADA compliant wheelchair ramps. The following nonprofit agencies and programs were awarded grants from community endowment unrestricted funds:<\/p>\n

• $9,533 to the Clinton Co. Sheriff’s Office<\/strong> provides funding to purchase a forensic device known as “GrayKey.” This device and its software will allow the Sheriff’s Office to conduct in-depth investigations of cloud-based evidence, specifically in child exploitation and domestic violence cases.<\/li>\n
• $4,500 to Food Finders Food Bank<\/strong> will support three additional mobile food pantries in Clinton County for January, February and March 2022.<\/li>\n
• $1,000 to Frankfort High School<\/strong> supports the implementation of a new Positive Behavior Intervention Support model, “The Hot Dog Way.”<\/li>\n
• $5,200 to Purdue Extension of Clinton County<\/strong> will support two Cultural Awareness Workshops and the Intercultural Development Inventory in Clinton County.<\/li>\n
• $10,400 to Servants at Work (SAWs)<\/strong> supports building six ADA-compliant wooden wheelchair ramps for individuals in Clinton County.<\/li>\n
• $1,000 to Servants at Work (SAWS)<\/strong> supports building an ADA-compliant wooden wheelchair ramp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
