Delphi’s longest-running community tradition returns this week as the 171st Annual Old Settlers Festival takes over downtown Delphi August 6-8. The three-day celebration, presented by Delphi Main Street, will feature live entertainment, food, carnival rides, vendors, family activities, and more.
Families and visitors are invited to enjoy the sights, sounds, and traditions of one of Carroll County’s biggest annual events. Festival hours are Thursday and Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Thursday, August 6
- Dan’s Fish Fry from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Live music at 7:00 p.m. featuring Samuel Harness
- Carnival rides, games, vendors, and food
Friday, August 7
- Carnival rides, vendors, and festival food
- Live music at 7:00 p.m. featuring Grace Scott Band
- 50/50 raffle drawing
Saturday, August 8
- Family Fun Day from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Pioneer crafts and demonstrations
- Voyageur Ancient Fife & Drum Corps at 2:00 p.m.
- Live music at 7:00 p.m. featuring Brian & Karen Dinger
The Old Settlers Festival celebrates the heritage and community spirit of Delphi and Carroll County, bringing generations together each year for a weekend of entertainment and family fun.
Attendees can enjoy local vendors and booths, carnival rides and games, delicious food, live music, heritage demonstrations, and many other activities throughout the weekend.
