INDOT has opened State Road 28 from Jackson to the west end of construction. Use caution while we all adjust to the new traffic pattern. McKinley Ave is back to a two way stop instead of the three way stop during construction. Please pay close attention to traffic patterns and what lane you are supposed to be in.
