The end of an era began Tuesday as construction crews began the tear down of the former Regions Bank building to make way for the new Annex Building which was will be an extra arm of the Clinton County Courthouse.
Crews are constantly spraying the area with water to help contain the dust. There is a fence around the area at the corner of Washington and Main streets in downtown Frankfort.
