Kaspar Media first put the 102.7 FM radio station on the air in Boone County as “WILO” and is now rebranding the FM radio station “Boone 102.7- Boone’s Best” to better identify with the area it serves.
Boone 102.7, Boone County’s newest FM radio station, is the only COMMERCIAL FM radio station licensed to Boone County. This Commercial status enables Boone 102.7 to voice exciting promotional call-to-action advertisements for all its advertisers and include prices, quantitative and qualitative information in all ads if businesses desire.
Boone 102.7 is a member of the Boone County Chamber. The “Boone 102.7” format will feature increased local Boone County news, Local Boone County sports, Ag and shopping information. Other features of “Boone 102.7” include:
