Wednesday Kirklin welcomed their new pumper tanker to its new home. This new truck has a 1250gpm Hale pump and a 2500 gallon poly tank. This truck was built by Deep South Fire Trucks in Mississippi. It will currently run as their tanker until the next truck delivery comes in a few weeks. It will then serve as a multi purpose engine.

Tones dropped for a possible combine fire Yesterday evening before the new truck went officially in service. It made its first run for our community Driven by Chief Henry and was a great opportunity to see how it works.
