Angela D. Tellez, 60, of Lebanon, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 13, 2025. She was born on July 22, 1965, in Lebanon; a daughter of Gloria J. (Wilson) White.
Angela attended Lebanon High School. She worked as a custodian for Scott Barrett in Lebanon.
Angela enjoyed doing word searches and cheering for the New England Patriots. She was a loving mother and grandmother who cherished her family deeply. Angela loved her mother very much and shared a special bond with her. She was known for her smile, kind heart, and the way she made everyone feel special.
Survivors include her mother, Gloria J. White of Lebanon; three children, Bradley J. Kincaid of Lebanon, Brittany D. Johnson of Kokomo, and Bethany Kincaid of Florida; 17 grandchildren; and three brothers, Devin White of Georgia, Daniel (Sabrina) White of Tennessee, and Travis Turner of Kentucky.
Angela was preceded in death by her sister, Vernica Ross.
No services are planned. Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with her cremation arrangements.
