The position will oversee the daily operations of the company’s in-house cafeteria, which serves both production and office staff at its Frankfort facility.

The Cafeteria Supervisor will manage food preparation, service, and cleanliness while supervising a small team of cafeteria associates. Responsibilities include planning weekly menus, ensuring timely meal service to accommodate shift schedules, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, ordering supplies, and coordinating with other departments for special events and employee appreciation activities.
Applicants should have at least two years of food service experience, including one year in a supervisory role. ServSafe certification is preferred, but candidates may obtain certification after hire. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are key, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
