Everett R. Hill, 82, of Frankfort, passed away Thursday, November 27, 2025, at his home. He was born on May 1, 1943, in Frankfort to Charles and Lucielle (Castle) Hill. He married Bertha Skaggs on May 14, 1983. She preceded him in passing on November 26, 2014.
Everett attended Frankfort High School. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He worked at Kayco and Indiana Brass. He enjoyed working with his hand tools, shooting guns, fishing and camping.
Everett is survived by his stepson, Ron Best; grandchildren, Travis, Trinity, Tyler and Trumond Best, Kara Darnell, Kody Darnell & Kylie Darnell
Along with his wife, he was preceded in passing by his parents and a brother, Michael “Mo” Hill.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 11am until the time of the service at 1pm at Day & Genda Funeral Home in Frankfort. Burial will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery.
