Snow Emergency Declared for
City of West Lafayette
From the Office of the Mayor:
The City of West Lafayette expects a significant winter storm that may bring 4-6 inches of snow accumulation. The storm is expected to impact travel, making it very difficult to drive, extreme caution should be taken.
Per City Ordinance, when there is an accumulation of two or more inches of snow or ice, a snow emergency is declared to ensure emergency routes are accessible. All vehicles, trailers, and equipment parked on all emergency snow routes must be removed by the owner until the road has been cleared. A snow emergency has been declared and is in effect.

- Lindberg Road
- Russell Street (between Stadium Avenue and Mitch Daniels Blvd)
- Salisbury Street
- Stadium Avenue west of Grant Street
- State Street/Mitch Daniels Blvd
- Wiggins Street
- First, Second, Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Streets (between Russell and University Streets)
