Robert L. “Bob” Hochstetler, 65, passed away at his home in Lebanon on Saturday April 4, 2026. He was born in Seymour, Indiana, on March 28, 1961.
Bob graduated from Seymour High School in 1979 and received an associate’s degree from Lincoln Tech in Indianapolis.
On August 18, 2001, he married Kathryn Jean (Stone) Hochstetler in Brownsburg. She passed away on March 7, 2018.
Bob, a retired UPS mail carrier, was passionate about restoring old cars, enjoyed hotrods and socializing, and was always willing to help others. Bob loved his family dearly and will be missed by all who knew him.
Survivors include his children, Samantha J. (Kevin) Flaugher of Lebanon and Jason J. McCarty of Mooresville; four grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory in Lebanon are handling the arrangements for cremation.
Memorials may be made in his honor to the Connection Point Church in Brownsburg, Indiana.
