Thomas Wayne Meyer, 77, passed away at his home in Lebanon, Indiana on Sunday, April 12, 2026. He was born on March 18, 1949 in Indianapolis, Indiana, son of Louise Meyer.
Thomas honorably served in the Army National Guard from 1969-1973.
He is survived by his wife, Kristy L. (Yeich) Meyer of Lebanon; daughters, Melissa, Krystal, Jennifer, and Teresa; stepsons, Chad (Kris) Ewbank and Matthew Ewbank; grandchildren, Monica, Trinity, and Airik; great grandchildren; Xavier and Asher; and his brothers, Steve, Mike, and Jerry Meyer.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the American Legion Post 113, 1020 Hendricks Dr. in Lebanon, Indiana. Myers Mortuary and Boone County Crematory have been entrusted with his cremation.
