Dustin Cox Wins Indianapolis 500 Tickets as Sellout Adds Excitement to WILO 96.9 and Boone 102.7 Racing Season Coverage

WILO 96.9 FM / 1570 AM and Boone Best 102.7 congratulate Dustin Cox, winner of a pair of Indianapolis 500 tickets during the station’s latest racing promotion. Listeners are encouraged to continue tuning in to Matt Wilson’s morning show weekdays from 6 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. for future ticket giveaways, racing promotions, and special announcements throughout the summer season.

Excitement surrounding the 2026 racing season continues to build as the Indianapolis Motor Speedway has officially sold out all grandstand seating for the Indianapolis 500 for the second consecutive year. With the sellout, Penske Entertainment has once again lifted the central Indiana television blackout, allowing local fans to watch the race live.

More than 230,000 grandstand seats have been sold for the 110th running of the Indianapolis 500, and officials say general admission infield tickets could also sell out for the first time since 2016. The sellout marks only the third time in 75 years that the local broadcast blackout has been lifted under the speedway’s long-standing attendance policy.

In addition to giveaways, WILO and Boone 102.7 will provide live coverage throughout the 2026 racing season, including:
