The Colfax Ole Hickory Days Festival is inviting community members, businesses and organizations to participate in this year’s parade during the annual celebration on Saturday, August 1, 2026.
This year’s parade theme is “Star-Spangled Summer,” and participants are encouraged to enter a float, golf cart or tractor for a chance to win a trophy.
Groups wishing to have their entry judged must register and have their float, golf cart or tractor entered before 1:30 p.m. on parade day. The parade will begin at 2 p.m.
Awards will be presented in the following categories:
- Best Float to Theme
- Best Commercial Entry
- Best Golf Cart
- Best Tractor
