Kathleen “Kathy” Frances Emens, 75, of Frankfort, passed away September 8, 2026 in her home. She was born on December 3, 1950 to Dr. Lyle Juleus and Emma Frances (Metts) Wilson. She married Bryan Pugsley on August 8, 2020 and he preceded her in death on May 11, 2023
Kathy was a graduate of Manistique High School in Michigan and held her cosmetology license in Indiana and Michigan. She loved her dogs, and enjoyed gardening and shopping.
Surviving are her sister: Nancy (Bruce) Woodruff, along with several nieces, and great-nieces and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother: Michael and Peggy Wilson.
