Carol Highley, 64, of Frankfort, passed away September 25, 2026 at IU Health Hospital in Frankfort, Indiana surrounded by loved ones. She was born September 28, 1961 to Gerald and Mavis (Dubree) Pursifull. She married David H. Highley in 1981.
Carol loved listening to rock ‘n roll and spending time with her loving family.
Surviving are: her mother, Mavis; her husband, David; her daughter, Kendra (Brandon) Fearnow of Frankfort; her son, Brandon (Ashley) Highley of New Albany, Indiana; four grandchildren, Tristan, Payne, Gunnar, and Azraella; her sister, Kathy (Brian) Alexander of Frankfort; and her sister-in-law, Donna Pursifull of Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gerald; and her brother, Dan Pursifull.
Friends may visit 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Saturday, October 3 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort, with a graveside service at 1:30 p.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery in Kirklin.
