The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has issued a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect for Boone County until 10 a.m. Wednesday. Visibility will be a quarter mile or less and hazardous driving conditions are possible due to low visibility.
Besides Clinton, other affected areas include Owen, Decatur, Randolph, Clinton, Hamilton, Tippecanoe, Brown, Hendricks, Carroll, Hancock, Shelby, Fountain, Greene, Madison, Delaware, Morgan, Vermillion, Putnam, Bartholomew, Montgomery, Clay, Tipton, Warren, Vigo, Johnson, Henry, Sullivan, Monroe, Marion, Howard, Parke and Rush.
A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use your headlights and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
