Hoosiers age 80 and older are now eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine
Witham Health Services now offering seniors 80 and older the COVID-19 vaccine. Ray Ingham, President/CEO of Witham said “The vaccine is available at no cost but seniors must go to ourshot.in.gov to register and choose the vaccination site. If a senior is not able to go online to register themselves then a family member is welcome to do so. If a senior is not able to have someone else register for them, they or a caregiver may
call 2-1-1 to get registered. 2-1-1- can also help arrange transportation if needed.”
Witham will be giving the COVID-19 vaccine at the main campus located at 2705 N. Lebanon Street in the North Pavilion entrance “B” in the lower level, Monday through Friday. Eligible seniors must bring a photo ID to their appointment.
