Two Injured in Vehicle Crash at State Road 75 and State Road 32

At approximately 8:05 p.m. on Tuesday, March 30, the Boone County Communications Center received an emergency 911 call for a serious vehicle accident at the intersection of State Road 75 and State Road 32. The caller advised that an eastbound SUV had struck a small passenger car in the intersection. The driver of the 2002 GMC Yukon SUV was Richard Foor (18) of Crawfordsville. He advised he was eastbound entering the Dover area when the passenger
vehicle turned into his path. The driver of the 2006 Volkswagen Jetta was Anastasia Lundy (18) of Jamestown. According to witnesses the Jetta was approaching the intersection and for unknown reasons turned in front of the SUV.

Foor refused treatment and received no injuries from the accident. Lundy sustained lacerations and her passenger, a 17-year-old female, sustained internal injuries. Both occupants were transported to a local medical facility for treatment.

The Boone County FACT team is investigating this accident and it is still under investigation at this time. Alcohol is not believed to be a factor. Weather conditions at the time was light rain.
