Clinton County Sheriff Rich Kelly and his wife and matron Ashley have pled not guilty Monday on four individual charges in Clinton County Circuit Court. They both face 4 felony charges in connection with receiving commissary funds through ownership of their LLC and perjury related to their relationship with one another. The judge set a May 12 pre-trial date with June 14th as the tentative trial date.
