INDOT announces State Road 26 will be closed on or after Monday, April 3 for a major road reconstruction and widening project. S.R. 26 will be closed one-mile east and west of Geetingsville. Crews will also be making drainage improvements. This segment of S.R. 26 is expected to reopen after early November, weather permitting.
The official detour follows County Road 100 E. to Co. Rd. 800 N. to Co. Rd. 400 E.
