Ole Hickory Festival began Friday (8-4-23), Vendors were set up downtown and members of Colfax Wesleyan Church were on hand with free ice cold water and juice.
Mr.and Mrs. Hickory David and Patty Larsh were crowned. Folks began lining up for the Annual Fish & Chicken dinner at the fire department and the line went on endlessly. The first night was winding down (Or Not) with the band Hometown Haven where many were dancing in front of the stage and having a great time.
Cindy Loveless will be broadcasting live at the festival Saturday starting at 10 a.m. on WILO RADIO.
Join Colfax in day two of the festival Saturday and have some fun. Don’t forget the truck and tractor pull Saturday evening.
