Healthy Communities of Clinton County Coalition will
partner with the Frankfort Police Department today, Wednesday, April 3 for a Prescription Drug Take Back Night from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The event is centered around the National Prescription Drug Take Back Day, which is intended to provide communities a way to dispose of prescription drugs safely, conveniently and responsibly while providing education on potential abuse of prescription medication.
Healthy Communities staff will meet community members at their car in the circle drive of 1234 Rossville Ave. in Frankfort to safely and responsibly dispose of unused prescription drugs.
The organization is also partnering with the Frankfort Police Department to ensure that the area remains a safe and conveniently place for the take back event.
