The Frankfort Lady Hot Dogs track and field team showed out during the Lafayette Track Sectional at Harrison High School last night
despite the rainy conditions that led to other track and field events being cancelled.
The Lady Hot Dogs saw Jocelyn Ramirez leading the team with a fourth-place finish in the high jump, Lilly Rockhold achieving an eighth-place finish in the high jump, Saira Flores and Michelle Martinez placing in discus and shot put and Ella McAtee, Ashley Zheng, Emily Mora and Lexi Reed Gill finishing the night by scoring in the 4×400 relay.
“Our girls did a great job competing through the rainy conditions and performed incredibly well,” Richard Sallee, staff member, wrote. “Our coaching staff is so proud of all the hard work our whole team has put in over the course of the season.”
