With the Clinton County 4-H Fair slated for pre-judging next week and fair festivities kicking off the week of July 14, the Clinton County 4-H Llama Club has begun to prepare for its llama costume contest.
The Llama Club costume contest voting has opened for the community to select their favorite costume, and voting will conclude on July 13. Community members may access the the voting form here.
The community may select one costume to vote for during the contest, which includes themes of “farmer and farming friend,” “fisherwoman and mermaid,” “chef and spaghetti,” “wizard and hippogriff,” “server and ice cream truck,” “beauty and the beast,” “weather girl and anchorman,” “old lady and turkey” and “Pacers player and referee.”
The Clinton County 4-H Llama Club will host the Walk A Llama event following the llama costume class in the show room on July 16 at the Clinton County Fairgrounds at 1701 S. Jackson St. in Frankfort. The costume class begins at 7 p.m. The Walk A Llama event will allow visitors to pet the llamas, take pictures and learn more about the Llama Club.
