The Frankfort Hot Dog Festival is right around the corner with a kick off on Friday, July 26 with continued events on Saturday, July 27.
The organizers released further information regarding the Hot Dog Trail coming to the event this year:
Calling all Frankfort hot dog connoisseurs, foodies, and funseekers! The Frankfort Hot Dog Festival is about to get even hotter with the sizzling introduction of the Hot Dog Trail.
Mark your calendars because this “Let’s Sizzle & Roll” Hot Dog Trail is set to tantalize your taste buds all festival weekend long.
Participating vendors will be firing up their grills and serving up their most creative and delicious hot dog creations.
“We have had several people ask us why they can only go to one location for a hot dog. You should be able to get a hot dog anywhere. Well we, Frankfort Main Street, have heard you and thought about trying something new this year,” stated Executive Director Kim Stevens. “We loved having the Hot Dog Tent with Shoup’s County Foods, but this year we have opened multiple booth spaces for new hot dog vendors.”
Kim Stevens reported there are over 20 different hot dog vendors from around Indiana that will be at the Frankfort Hot Dog Festival July 26 & July 27, 2024. The Frankfort Main Street Board has been working on “hot dog signage” to showcase which vendors will have specialty hot dogs.
Patrons will be able to view the Hot Dog Trail Map by scanning a QR Code or by visiting the information booth located on the corner of Main Street and Washington Street. We can’t wait to see you in downtown Frankfort for a weekend of hot dog fun, community spirit, and sizzling good times!
