The Lebanon Police Department issued a reminder for drivers to avoid State Road 39 in the area of Ash Street and I-65 due to an ongoing road resurfacing project by the Indiana Department of Transportation.
The department stated that flaggers will be directing traffic at certain intersections, and work is expected to continue throughout the day with delays likely for drivers in the area.
The department encouraged drivers to plan ahead, seek alternate routes and allow extra travel time if drivers need to be in the area.
