Clinton County Central Dispatch announced that the Clinton County Highway Department will have County Road 100 East closed between Washington Avenue and County Road 100 North until approximately 4 p.m. today, Tuesday, Oct. 8.
Drivers have been instructed to avoid the area during the closure.
