he Indiana Department of Transportation announces two access closures that will impact two intersections at State Road 28.
Beginning on or after Monday, July 20, INDOT maintenance crews will close access to S.R. 28 from the north end of County Road 700 E. and the south end of C.R. 400 E. The purpose of the closures is to replace pipes in both areas ahead of a future chip seal operation. Work is anticipated to last up to one week but is weather-dependent and subject to change.
INDOT encourages drivers to seek an alternate route and to use caution while traveling in and around work zones.
