Frankfort City Police have arrested two juveniles and an adult in connection with a rash of break ins into vehicles in the area. Earlier this week, police stopped a vehicle for speeding and found four individuals in a vehicle that matched the description of the suspect vehicle in the thefts. Two juveniles were arrested. Later, a third suspect, 19-year-old Devon Shelton of Frankfort was arrested on a warrant. The warrant was for 10 counts of theft and 12 counts of unauthorized entry to a motor vehicle. Police Chief Scott Shoemaker thanks witnesses who stepped up with video evidence and provided officers with a description of the suspect vehicle.
