Barbara McCullah, 86, of Frankfort, passed away January 7, 2025 at Clinton House Health and Rehabilitation. She was born November 13, 1938 in Indianapolis to Ossie & Bernice (Higgins) Kelso. She married William K. McCullah and he preceded her in death.
Barbara attended Wood Hi
gh School in Indianapolis. She spent most of her life in Indianapolis before moving to Frankfort in 2014. She attended church in Rossville. Barbara enjoyed reading, puzzles, collecting angels, porcelain dolls and talking to people.
Barbara is survived by sons, James (Anna) Wright of Indianapolis, Carl (Neilie) Wright of Middletown, OH, John McCullah of Indianapolis, daughters, Janet (Cleveland) Franklin of Indianapolis, Mary McCullah of Indianapolis, brother, Art (Kay) Kelso of Indianapolis, 16 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and 4 sisters.
Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at West Ridge Cemetery, 9295 W. 21st St., Indianapolis, IN 46234. A graveside service will begin at 2 p.m. at the cemetery.
