Barbra Ruth Baker, 78, of Mulberry, passed away September 8, 2025 at her home. She was born December 29, 1946 in Louisville, KY to James Blankenship & Eva Jane Robertson. She married Donald E. Baker on September 15, 1968 in Mulberry and he preceded her in death on March 25, 2010.
Barbra grew up in Detroit and was a 1964 graduate from there. She moved to Frankfort in 1966 and was a homemaker. Barbra enjoyed bingo, fishing, crocheting, playing games on her computer and phone, but her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Barbra is survived by her daughters, Faith (John) Lentz of Frankfort, Shelly (Jeff) Ruckel of Mulberry, Barbara Baker of South Dakota, Donella Baker of Mulberry, son, Jimmy Holland of Thompsonville, MI, grandchildren, John (Rachel) Brown Jr. of Frankfort, Rose Ruckel, Nathaniel Ruckel, Anthony Ruckel and Donnie Baker all of Mulberry, great-grandchildren, McKenzie Brown, Jacob Morton, Myra Brown and niece, Carol (Stu) Diskin of Redford, MI. In addition to her parents and spouse, she was preceded in death by 3 brothers, 2 sisters and 2 grandchildren.
