Betty Lou (Williams) Netzley, 95, of Frankfort, died October 8, 2024 in her home. She was born on October 14, 1928 in Fairmount, Indiana to Fletcher and Mary Salina (Cox) Williams.
Betty worked for Pierce Governor Company in Upland, Indiana for many years. When her health was better, she loved to shop and enjoyed collecting elephants. In later years, she enjoyed crossword and word search puzzles and reading.
Betty is survived by her Daughter: Debra Netzley of Frankfort; Sons: Steven Netzley of Frankfort and Jeffrey (Karen) Netzley of Huntington; Granddaughter: Christina Smeenk; and Great-Grandchildren: Tarquin Smeenk, Gabrelle Smeenk, and Addrianna Netzley-Gadd. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters: Nancy Jane Williams, Alice Butcher, Ollie Draper, Esther Hawkins, and Mollie Williams, her brothers: Samuel, Luther, Carl, and Paul Williams, along with her grandson: Wade Netzley.
In accordance with Betty’s wishes, there will be no services held. Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort and Clinton County Crematory are honored to assist the Netzley family.
