Frankfort Fire Department held a blessing of the truck and push ceremony Wednesday evening.
This is an old age tradition in the fire service. Community were invited to help in washing the truck and pushing it into the station following a greeting from Chief Matt Stidham.
Mayor Judy Sheets gave words of support and Pastor Kevin Alber gave blessings. Center Township trustee Jami Pratt and board were thanked for supporting the needs of the department.
